In 2002, David J. Williams was one of 50 practitioners selected by the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees to attend a workshop in Puerto Rico to devise a uniform Chapter 13 plan. In January 2007, he was one of the speakers at a seminar on advanced consumer bankruptcy issues, sponsored by the National Business Institute.
